An excellent site that walks you through meditation easily in just 10 minutes per day. The first 10 sessions are free and then it is a subscription service. You may use on the computer or an app on your smart phone. My patients have given me very good feedback for this way of learning to meditate.

The mindfulness app is for both Android and iOs. It offers a decent catalogue of meditation tracks with and without narrators, ranging from three to 30 minutes in length. It also has a subscription model as Headspace and Calm for the premium library.
