These recordings were made at the request of Dr Bynum’s patients. They are each 10 to 15 minutes long so that people can more easily find the time to listen. Of course please don’t listen while driving, operating machinery, or when you need to be alert. With practice you will probably find that you are able to relax more easily when listening to the recordings.
